Here is a new piece i am working on :-
	" i have started with a canvas prepared with black acrylic paint which has dried. "
" here i have added the beautiful sky with yellows and purples and also added some background trees with oil paint. "
	" and a little more detail . . . "

Coming along nicely . . . the sky was good and the mountain ranges that went on and on into the distance were good, I called Bill in to take a look and he said   " it's ok, but when are you going to put the splashes of the waves in ? " I was a bit peeved to say the least. Then a few hours later my son called by, took a look and said " I would put a ship on there, it would look better then ! "

" so it is turning from a landscape into a seascape      .  "  " i have started to add the splashes and waves with some titanium white paint. when this is dry I will go over it again leaving the outline of the first application showing as this helps to add depth to the waves " I have redefined the waves with titanium white oil paint to make them stand out more and it will be called "Sunset Sea"
